FlexMediaX Publisher Agreement

Official Terms of Service & Traffic Compliance Protocol

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a publisher account or accessing FlexMediaX monetization tools, you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and network guidelines outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply with these rules constitutes a direct breach of contract.

2. Anti-Fraud & Quality Assurance (Strict Zero-Tolerance)

FlexMediaX enforces enterprise-grade behavioral and heuristic fraud inspection on every conversion. The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Proxies, Tor networks, Datacenter Hosting IPs, Emulators, Click-Farms, Auto-refreshers, or Automated Bot Scripts is strictly forbidden.

Penalty: Generating fraudulent leads, proxy manipulation, or self-clicking results in an immediate permanent account ban and 100% total forfeiture of all pending and accumulated earnings without appeal.

3. Payment Terms & Settlement Schedule

• Minimum Payout Threshold: $100.00 USD minimum accumulated account balance required to unlock withdrawals.

• Supported Gateways: Payoneer, PayPal, and Direct Bank Wire / Local Settlement.

• Payout Releases: Official payouts are disbursed every Thursday. Invoices are cleared within 24 to 48 business hours following routine traffic quality audits.

4. Promotional & Content Standards

• True Delivery: When utilizing Content Lockers or Smart Links, end-users must receive the genuine content, tool, or unlock promised upon task completion.

• Prohibited Channels: Cold SMS blasts, unsolicited bulk emails, automated web scrapers, and aggressive deceptive pop-unders are strictly disallowed.

• Intellectual Property: Do not promote copyrighted or proprietary materials without explicit authorization from the rights holder.

5. Account Termination & Forfeiture

The network reserves the unilateral right to audit, demote, or terminate publisher accounts violating conversion thresholds, generating abnormal refund/chargeback ratios, or manipulating attribution tags.
